Just measure your inseam (length from your ankle to the top of your thigh). The size you will need is a combination of upper thigh measurement (and we mean UPPER) and your inseam.
The size row refers to dress/pant size, but remember we cover just the legs ~ not your torso. If you have a slim thigh you might find yourself more comfortable in a a size smaller than your dress size.
