Determine your bracelet size: Measure your wrist where you would wear the bracelet. This must be a firm measurement as the copper must be in constant contact with the skin. Allow approx. 1/2" gap (1.00 cm) between the two ends of the bracelet. S = wrist ~ 14.5 - 16.5 cm M = wrist ~ 16.5 - 18.0 cm L = wrist ~ 18.0 - 19.5 cm Copper, when in contact with the skin, form chelates with human sweat (sometimes seen as a green deposit under the bracelet) and is thus absorbed through the skin. It can be removed with soap and water or lemon juice. To clean your Sabona bracelet use a good jewelry cleaning cloth to keep the outside polished and the inside clean.
